Ulrike Reihard

A social reformer whose bases of collaboration were Jaanwar and Ichol, collaborated with Mannan Gupta, Nobina Gupta, and children from Jaanwar and Ichol to empower and educate children and address issues of social reform. She did this through her workshop for children, Skateboards to Artboards, where children were encouraged to express themselves freely with paint, as well as document their observations in and around their homes and villages. Her main vision was to imbibe in villagers a sense of pride in their village, and to make city people realize the advantages of the village life.
